Crafts: Mirror From Gold to Silver

 Before
After
After painting our dining room, I decided to spray paint the gold mirror silver.  This just seemed to blend better with the new grey wall paint.  It came out great!  We also replaced the dated brass chandelier with one made of nickel.

I love ALL of your changes. The paint on the walls, the mirror change, and the chandy. Looks fabulous. Isn't it amazing what a large impact small changes can make? Yours are fabulous. Thanks so much for linking this post to Woo Hoo! Wednesday and sharing.

The silver was the perfect choice. I think I told you previously, but I must tell you again just how much I love the gray wall tone. Your dining room just keeps getting better and better -- how is that possible? It's a striking room. Thank you for sharing!

What a great idea! I spray painted our ceiling fan once. It came out great! I'm all for painting over rather than buying new!

Love it! I like silver so much better than gold in any case, but it's especially pretty on your mirror!
