Homemaking-Remodeling: Dining Room Remodel

Before
After

Before
After
Painting the dining room walls with Benjamin Moore "Gull Wing Gray" below the chair rail and "Whale Gray" above the chair rail transformed the look of the room.  Switching out the brass chandelier for nickel and recovering the chair cushions with decorator fabric from JoAnn Fabrics added to the new look.  Also, painting the mirror silver made a huge difference in the room.  See a different table setting here.

That's a huge difference. Wow. The gray is a very sophisticated color and sets off all the dark wood beautifully. Must make you feel good each time you walk into the room. Jane F.

It's lovely. All of the changes work so well together. The room looks like one out of a magazine! Beautifully done.

I'm a new follower from Follow Friday. Thanks for the inspiration!

The wall color is beautiful (one of my favorites) and it makes the medallion in the center of your rug just pop. Isn't it just amazing what color can do.
