Homemaking: Decorative Baby Dress

When our youngest outgrew this adorable dress and bonnet, I chose to display it on her wall as a decorative element rather than put it into storage. She has moved out but her dress still hangs here on her bedroom wall as a reminder of when she was just a baby ! And it seems like yesterday....

  3. This little dress and bonnet are absolutely darling! I never thought about hanging my daughter's little white laced baptismal dress and bonnet on her bedroom wall when she was little. Wish now that I had done so! I have it packed away in my cedar chest.. You know what? I could always hang it up on my guest bedroom wall now though! Thanks so much for the idea! Our daughter is almost 44.. I'm sure she'd love seeing her baptismal outfit hanging on the wall in our guest bedroom when she comes home for a visit from Ca.

    Blessings,

  4. What a beautiful dress! I think it's great to find some way of keeping those special kids clothes - they're so full of memories! I recently made a set of hanging pockets for hair ties for my 2 girls from an old pair of jeans they loved but didn't fit into anymore!

I'd love if you linked this up to my weekly 'Round tuit" party at:
