Recipe: Pork Chops in Sauce

I'm not sure what to call these boneless pork chops but they are easy and tasty.  Simply brown the pork chops on both sides in oil, lower the heat and pour on a mixture of about 3/4 cup brown sugar and 1/2 cup of ketchup.  Proportions aren't vital.  Cover and cook until chops are done.  The sauce caramelizes as the pork chops finish cooking and this makes a flavorful sauce to put on rice.
