9" unbaked pie shell (frozen is fine)
4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
dash of pepper
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
8 slices crisp bacon, crumbled
1/4 to 1/2 cup chopped ham
2 tbsps. flour
Preheat oven to 350'. Combine eggs, milk and pepper in a blender. Mix.
Toss cheese, ham and bacon with flour.
Place in pie shell and pour egg mixture over top.
Bake 40-45 minutes on a cookie sheet. (Air bake cookie sheet works best. Regular cookie sheet may buckle during baking.) Let stand 10 minutes.

This looks delicious! I made quiche with ham and broccoli this week and they loved it! My picky teen went back for seconds and my roommate scooped up the leftovers for lunch the next day at work! Thanks for sharing your recipe!
ReplyDeleteLooks delicious. Such a good idea to include your blog address in your printable recipe. Most don't do that, but I always like to put a name tag on the recipes I save so I can give credit to the person who gave me the great dinner idea. thanks. :-)
