Homemaking: Stain Glass Window

When we chose our first set of kitchen cabinets 24 years ago, we incorporated a custom stain glass window of a potted geranium, which I designed,  into the corner cabinet. However, when we remodeled the kitchen a few years ago, we eliminated this feature.
But rather than discard the stain glass window, I attached a chain and it now hangs in our sunroom where the natural light is able to illuminate the design on a sunny day.

That was a good idea. It is really very pretty and you can see it so much better now. The sun really highlights it. :)

What a smart way to recycle. It looks very pretty in the window...I think even better than in the cabinet. Great choice.
