Recipe: Pizza Fondu

PIZZA FONDUE
 Ingredients:
1  16 oz. can tomato sauce
1  8 oz. package shredded mozzarella
3 tbsps. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tbsp. oregano

Directions:
Heat tomato sauce in a saucepan or microwave.  When hot, add Parmesan cheese, parsley flakes and oregano.  Add mozzarella.  Stir until melted.  Transfer to a fondue dish and serve with cubed French bread.

    Boy, I wish I had some right now. I haven't had conduit. Years, and this brings back good memories. Plus it looks delicious!

    This would be a fun meal! I can see us relaxing on a Friday evening with a salad, fondue and beer...or wine!

    Hey, what a great idea! I never even thought of this... I bet you could also do this with your left-over spaghetti sauce.... (so it won't go bad....)
