Helpful Hints: Dusting with Cocoa Instead of Flour

I have found it better to use regular cocoa mix instead of white flour to dust a cake pan when making a chocolate cake.  The flour can show up in the finished cake whereas the cocoa blends in perfectly!

What a fabulous tip to use the cocoa. I have to remember that. Very clever. I love chocolate anything, so I can use this often. Hugs, Marty

Super smart! I also save a little bit of the cake mix for dusting when I *occassionally* use boxed cake mixes.
