I loved this necklace set on sale at TJMaxx even though the earrings were not for pierced ears. I just loved the look of it.
I then purchased this card of flat post earrings at Walmart.
And simply fed one pair through a space in the backing of the clip. Close the clip and use the pierced earring for inserting into your ear.
What a great idea!

VERY clever. Now I can start actually using some of those vintage earrings that I find at the yard sales. Some of them are really beautiful, but talk about torture! This will certainly solve that problem.
ReplyDeleteThe necklace and earrings are terrific. I would have had to convert the earrings, as well. Clips are just way too uncomfortable.

ReplyDeleteThis is a great idea. I saw those peace earrings a few weeks back and left without them. I hope they are still there because I have some of my grandmother's earrings I would like to wear.
ReplyDeleteWhat a great idea. I had no idea that could be done. I have earrings from my Mother that I would love to wear, so now maybe I will be able to do just that.
