Homemaking: Metal Table Re-purpose

This metal table found it's way from the basement when I realized it could fill this small corner very nicely.  My son had discarded it in a move.  I used two circles of glass over the metal fretwork.  They are sold at Walmart for those three legged round particle board tables.  Between the glass I placed some family photos.  Under the table is my "antique" pickle jar which holds all those extra buttons which come with new clothes.  The hanging mannequin is from TJMaxx/Homegoods as was the metal table originally.

  2. HI!! This is Jen from Jenieshell's Design challenge. Just wanted to answer your questions about the scrolling buttons. In order to have only one button scrolling instead of three you'll need to adjust the height in the html code. For example instead of 200 change it too 100 or 150. Hope that helps!!

You're very clever putting two pieces of glass. It probably looks really neat from the top looking down!

  6. This is such a clever idea! Most people would just look at that table and not even think to put a glass top on it.

I guarantee I wouldn't have thought of that, and the family pictures are a great idea! Thanks for linking up today.
