Today, the day before the first day of spring, I found this lonely crocus in the untended garden which is awaiting some attention and mulch. Unseasonably warm weather this week has been a welcomed change but there a chill in the forecast for next week so, alas, we must enjoy the warmth while we can. This little flower serves as a reminder of things to come!
