Recipe: Chocolate Spritz Cookies

Very good cookie which freezes well.   Spritz cookies require a cookie press to make and an electric cookie press works best.  The one pictured was purchased at Sears many years ago.   Recipe may be halved and cookies freeze well..

  7. I come from a strong Norwegian background, we bake Spritz cookies for Christmas religiously. I have NEVER heard of chocolate Spritz! To be honest, they look delicious, but don't know if I am ready for that world to change. :) My favorite is using real butter and almond flavoring instead of vanilla. Happy Baking!
