Here are some more samples of needlepoint and crewel work that I did in the past. The one featuring grandchildren was a gift for my mother-in-law seven years too soon as it is missing three grandchildren who came along later....timing is everything. Click here to see other examples.

You are so talented! Glad we could feature you on Friendly Friday this week. :)
These are wonderful! I used to cross stitch when I was a little girl, actually. My mom started me up on it, and I had my own supplies and everything. I made quite a few things, then....I got into my teens...life got busy. Then high school, college, work, marriage....children. I just let life get in the way of something that I once loved to do~ I should start it up again. I remember it was such a peaceful craft to do.
I saw your link on the 'I Love My Online Friends" blog hop. I'm your newest follower :)

Those are nice. My mom used to do that. She hasn't for while now though. Not sure why. She has become a farmville addict of course...that might explain it. New follower.

This is truly becoming a lost art. You are so talented!! I love the grandchildren one. My grandmother would LOVE that but unfortantly every cross stitching project I have started has never been finished. ugh!
You are so incredibly talented. Thank you so much for sharing your craft at Strictly Homemade Tuesday. I hope to see you back next week!!
Oh you must have the patience of a saint to have stitched all those treasures. Glad I dropped by to see.
The one that says "teacher" would be appropriate for me. Pretty please? :-)
