Needlework: Knitted Baby Doll Dress and Hat

This doll dress and hat are variations of this Lionbrand free pattern.  I used size 6 needles and you  could use even larger needles for a larger doll.  
Instead of using a button on the back, I single crocheted a tie on
each side of at the back, long enough to make a bow.
