Recipe: Marinated Shrimp Kabobs

This marinade, which I also use for loin lamb chops, is excellent for shrimp as well. I marinate the shrimp for an hour or two and then cook on the grill. A quick and easy dinner on a summer night.
Marinated Shrimp Kabobs
Ingredients:
1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3 tablespoons Balsamic vinegar
2 medium cloves of garlic, minced or use a garlic press
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
salt pepper
1 sprig of rosemary or a teaspoon of crushed rosemary

Directions: Whisk ingredients together and marinate lamb or shrimp for at least a hour or so in the refrigerator. Cook as desired.  Delicious!

OH, I love shrimp.
My hubby wants to know the difference between regular Olive Oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil. I told him someone told me it's the better for you.
Thanks

I love shrimp but do not cook it very often. This looks delicious though.
