This fan serves as an inexpensive decoration in any room. It is simply a length of wallpaper folded accordion style and fastened at one end with a scarf clip after gluing that end together. Leave folded and secured with elastics for a brief time and it will fan out when you open it. Hang from a glue-on hook on the back.
